   After getting all the facts, it’s important that you understand how we’ll prove your claim. That’s what Social Security calls our “theory of the case.” There’s a right way and a wrong way to present the evidence, and you’ll be involved every step of the way. I’ll answer every question you have and you’ll know exactly where we are going.
3. Communication
   It’s important that we keep the lines of communication open. I will always keep you informed about the status of the claim.

More About Me

After college, I was a soldier in the U.S. Army. I served in the 24th Infantry Division (Mechanized) from 1988 to 1992. I then went into the Army Reserve until 1996.

I practiced law in Oklahoma for two years before moving to Nashville, Tennessee in 1998. I worked at Bill Easterly & Associates where I represented people with personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security Disability claims. I left Nashville in 2013 so I could be closer to my folks.

I have active law licenses in California and Oklahoma. My Tennessee law license is inactive, but in good standing. I belong to the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles ("CAALA"), Los Angeles County Bar Association ("LACBA") and the National Organization of Social Security Representatives ("NOSSCR").
